HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Timber Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
