HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Ridge Insurance Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
