HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Clear Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Charlotte. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
