HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Mill Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
