HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Charlotte region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
