HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Charlotte, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
