HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Rook Press is a printer and publisher in Charlotte serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
