HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Charlotte region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
