HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Charleston working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
