HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charleston, SC)

Bright Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
