HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charleston, SC)

Westbrook Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 432 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
