HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Charleston region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 637 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
