HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charleston, SC)

Cedar Beacon Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
