HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charleston, SC)

Cedar Hollow Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
