HR Business Partner - employee relations (Buffalo, NY)

Nova Vale Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules.
