HR Business Partner - employee relations (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Wilder Medical is a Buffalo company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
