HR Business Partner - employee relations (Buffalo, NY)

Nova Ivory Civic Services works with county and city offices around Buffalo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
