HR Business Partner - employee relations (Buffalo, NY)

Nova Glen Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Buffalo with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
