HR Business Partner - employee relations (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Cross Legal Group provides legal services in Buffalo across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
