HR Business Partner - employee relations (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Corner Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Buffalo producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
