HR Business Partner - employee relations (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Cedar Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
