HR Business Partner - employee relations (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Iron Auto Group Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
