HR Business Partner - employee relations (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Bridge Legal Group is a Buffalo practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
