HR Business Partner - employee relations (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Associates manufactures parts and assemblies at its Buffalo plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
