HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

Lumen Wren Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Boston plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
