HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

Silverline Wilder Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
