HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

Silverline Ridge Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
