HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

Northwind Wilder Property Management manages apartment communities around Boston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
