HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

Clearpath Quill Legal Group is a law firm in Boston serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
