HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Granite Property Management is a Boston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 721 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
