HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom Partners is a telecommunications provider in Boston focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
