HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Forge Care Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
