HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Wilder Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Boston region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
