HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

Lumen Bright Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
