HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Northwind Timber Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
