HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Kestrel Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
