HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Cross Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Birmingham, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
