HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Rivermark Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around Birmingham with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 898 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
