HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Drift Hospitality is a hospitality company in Birmingham with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
