HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Bluepeak Rowan Farms is an agricultural business based around Birmingham, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 986 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
