HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Birmingham. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
