HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Meadow Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
