HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Stonegate Quill Health is a healthcare provider in Birmingham with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
