HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Northwind Fox Manufacturing makes precision components in Birmingham, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
