HR Business Partner - employee relations (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Union Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
