HR Business Partner - employee relations (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Willow Insurance Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
