HR Business Partner - employee relations (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Wren Foods produces packaged foods at its Baltimore plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
