HR Business Partner - employee relations (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Hollow Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
