HR Business Partner - employee relations (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Quill Legal Group provides legal services in Baltimore across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
