HR Business Partner - employee relations (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Glen Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
